Hi! i'm a bit lost and need some help with my personal statement.
I live in spain and here you don’t have to write one and there is loads of information on the internet but every site gives me different advice! I would like to study a course in modern languages, but don’t know how to start my statement.
Any advice is welcome! Thank you ever so much!

You need a catchy start... Try something that starts with "Hola!! Language is the .... " Something like that... Try including emotions alot... You really need it to grab the readers attention!

You need to write why you want to study this, what do you hope to gain from it. Writing a personal statement is about selling yourself, write all good points about yourself but usefull points that link to the subject.
It is difficult but very very important.
