The goal of labor laws is to equalize the bargaining power between employers and employees. The laws primarily deal with the relationship between employers and unions. Labor laws grant employees the right to unionize and allows employers and employees to engage in certain activities.

The Indian labor laws to ensure job security invulnerable to an artisan. In addition, no other conditions of service laid on the continued service of an employee. This is why employers are required to protect their right to avoid catastrophic consequences ..

The basic feature of labor law in most countries is that the rights and obligations of the worker and the employer of these are mediated by the employment contract between the two. This has been the case since the fall of feudalism and the basic reality of modern economic relations.
