Hi..
I applied to do Sociology with predicted grades of CCCD and got accepted at Nottingham Trent (amougst others but I want to go to Nottingham). This was fine however I recently got my exam results including some resits and it now looks like I'm more likely to end up with ABBC (i screwed up my AS year alittle) and I'm feeling like I should have applied to better universities and would really like to go to the University of Nottingham instead.
I was just wondering if any of you knew if I would have to reject my offer at Nottingham Trent and hope to get a place through clearing (once you accept a conditional offer you're kinda bond to it right?) or if I could reapply through extra?! I'm thinking this might be a bit risky...

Firstly well done on improving your grades Great achievement.

Nottingham is a very popular uni and I'm not sure if they will have many places through clearing/extra.

What I would advise you to do in your situation in to call up the unis you are consider and see what they say about your situation. Tey can give you great advise.
