Anyone got advice on getting into Vet School??

I've just started my AS's (Chem, Bio, Maths and Theatre Studies) and want to go on and stuy Veterinary Surgery at University.

Anyone got any tips for me??
Or help with personal statement as they don't actually have any example ones for Vets on this site!!
