Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me I am trying to write a personal statement for an apprenticeship with Transport For London I beleive from the advert I need to talk about the following skills, Communication, Customer focus, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Motivation, An awareness of safety, An awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion.  All within 500 words.  I am sorry if I am going on a bit I really want to get on there programme and am having a mind block on how to start and keep all of it within 500 words.  I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong place as I have decided I would prefer to start an apprenticeship than go to Uni.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
