Mental Health Nursing
I have been invited for an interview for mental health nursing the first week of April. I am really excited about this yet at the same time would like to do my best to be considered for a place.
Has anyone or can anyone give me some tips on the kind of questions they ask, and generally what to expect? Would be most grateful for any help from any one who is willing to assist. |

RE: Mental Health Nursing
I'm not really sure about Nursing or mental health.
But I've been to few medical interviews so I kinda have some experience, even though its not for the same course. They probably ask you: Why nursing? Why meatal health? Questions about work experience (if you have any). Role of a nurse? Comunucation skills? Team term? Recent medical issues? Things like that! Hope that helps When one door closes, another opens. So never give up! Life is nothing without love.. But what is Love? -x- |

RE: Mental Health Nursing
So sorry for not coming back after such a long time.
Thank you very much for all the advice and the support. All went well and I have now been offered a place at Salford for September intake. I should say most of the questions were general knowledge and even better if you have done voluntary or worked in the health sector. I am very happy and appreciate all the advice. Fikile |
