Hay I'm afraid i only have the personal satements at http://www.studential.com/bio/pss.asp - there are a couple of medicine ones that should help you out. Apart from that I suggest you check out http://www.medschoolguide.co.uk/forum/ where medics will be happy to give you tips and check out your PS.
