The main problem in England is to how to get good jobs,

Actually you have to decide this. What do you want? If you don't want to be a professional after B-Tech i.e. your economic condition is good or, you need higher degree or more money then go for M-Tech.
If you go for M-Tech, frustration can make your life miserable because most of your friend will earn huge money after completing their B-Tech.
And one thing, there is no such degree that you can say it's enough. Always you have to know more & more.
So, normally go for a job after completing your B-Tech. If there is no such scope then go for M-Tech.

Try Voluntary work, it will help with experience and shows a company that you are keen to get ahead
