Drinking water for healthy living
What will be your first choice of medicine? Will you go for the chemical drugs or the natural treatment. If you take some chemical drugs than certainly there will be some side effects sooner or later. IMO, I think you should drink enough water for your healthy living. Water is easily available in every part of the world.So if you need to grow healthy than it is better you take 5-6 ltrs of water a day. This will certainly be helpful for you physically and mentally,

I am strongly beleive that water is the best medicines for all the things. Our body is made up with water and the all the decease start from stomach and drinking more water will help to cope with the decease.
There are various advantages of drinking water :- 1. Drinking water cleanses your body and fights disease by washing away toxins. 2. Drinking water provides energy and stamina. 3. Drinking water activates fiber, helping prevent atherosclerosis, cancer, diabetes and other diseases. 4. Weight loss diets don't work without enough water. 5. Drinking water helps replace oxygen lost due to allergy and lung disorders, like asthma and emphysema. 6. Drinking water helps prevent or relieve digestive conditions, like colitis and constipation. 7. Drinking water helps prevent or relieve organ diseases, like kidney stones, prostatitis, cirrhosis and hepatitis. 8. Drinking water helps prevent or relieve other diseases, from acne and Alzheimers to thyroid problems and Varicose veins. 9. Drinking water helps relieve the common cold and flu. |

Hi vrchards!!! I am agree with your opinion that water is the best medicines for all the things. To be healthy first and foremost medicine is Water.

I've got to agree, i suffer from eczema pretty bad and if I dont keep up my water intake it ruins me. If you suffer from any sort of dry skin condition at all, get yourself as much water as you can! I've seen a few of these vitamin waters popping up now, not really sure what to make of them. Think I'll just stick to the old tap water and volvic for now lol.

Nice thread you all of have post great advantage of water for our health.There are also fact surrounding weight loss as a benefit of drinking water; that it will in fact curb the appetite and can help people to eat less.

The hazardous waste material, fluorosilicic acis, called fluoride, is never used to kill germs in tap water; chloride is used for this purpose. Chloride in never good for us either, but is does kill certain things that are even worse for us.

Yes this is a problem, if a person has only eat grilled cheese and drinking water, lack many of the vitamins from other foods. cheese and bread to give your body needs all.

Drinking about 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday is essential for good health. Water helps in flushing out toxins from the body and it the key to prevent diseases. Quality of water we drink is also important. It should be clean, healthy and safe for drinking.

Totally agree, drinking water despite the simplicity, is one of the most effective means to cleanse the body! ... The main use of purified water and may be adding some vitamins.
