In a day we must have to drink minimum 7 to 8 glasses of water. Water is very good for our health and has numerous benefits. The main benefit of water is that it raises our metabolism because it helps in digestion. Water is must for every living being becasue without it no living being can live.

Yes I agree with you and drinking water can be useful for keeping your skin layer vibrant and glowing. The cosmetic benefits of drinking water consist of firmer skin and much healthier appearing hair. So you see, water is highly important to keep wholesome, vibrant looking skin and hair.

Yes, tap water is best if you want all your pharmaceuticals in one drink. You can ask for the water report from any local city and find all the chemicals and toxins in what you are drinking. Not to mention that Flouride and chlorine poisons that requires Poison control to be called as well any prescription from hormones to anti depressants as well as pain killers are found in the tap water when tested.

I drink more or less that amount a day and can say for certain that it is great for the body. I actually find it more nourishing to drink water some time after a meal than to drink a soda drink, you know?
